Andrew Dallmann’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. He is a registered patent attorney with nearly twenty years of litigation experience and has worked on matters in a variety of industries, including electronics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, rocket launch technology, interactive television, integrated circuit testing and satellite broadcasting systems.
Thomas (“Tom”) McCartney graduated magna cum laude from Saint Mary’s College in 1972. He graduated with honors from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1975 where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence award in Property. Tom McCartney was also a member of the McAuliffe Honor Society and the Law Review. He served as an honors law clerk for the Hon. Ira A. Brown Jr.
